Coffee is picked by hand on the farm then immediately transports to Benefico San Marcos, coffee beans are handpicked, then washed and fermented for 10 hours before transporting. They are then dried on a variety of raised beds, tarpaulins or poly tunnels for 10 days. Quality is guaranteed as dry milling, processing and storage are all on-site.
